The RS-232 to RS-485 SERIAL to SERIAL adapter is used when there is an standard RS-232 DB-9 serial port available in your workstation. It allows you to communicate between the RS-232 Serial Port and the serial RS-485 port of the EVOLUTION PRINTER.
The EV USB to SERIAL adapter is used when there is not a serial port available in your workstation. It allows you to communicate between USB and the serial RS- 485 port of the EVOLUTION PRINTER.

The external encoder is used on production lines that exibit changes in production line speeds or where the production line comes to stop, ramps up and stops again.

The universal junction box functions the same as our standard junction box but can connect up to three external inputs and also has an output signal to shut-down the production line if a low condition occurs.
The junction box is used when it is necessary to connect two external inputs (such as an encoder and external product detector) to a print head module.

The carton follower is a spring loaded mechanism that mounts onto the side of an EV1 or EV2 print head module.

It allows to print head module to print onto a carton that has come down the production line at an angle and returns the printhead to it's normal printing position.
The floor stand is used to mount an EV1 or EV2 system and provides a convenient method for moving the printer to a different location.
The flex mount can be used in place of the standard break-away assembly when it is necessary to print on an angled surface.
The external sensor is used when the built-in product detector in the printhead module is unable to provide a reliable trigger for the printer.

The light tower is used on both EV1 and EV2 systems to indicate a low ink condition in a printhead module.
