Digital Design, Inc. is a privately held company, established as a worldwide leading designer, manufacturer and provider of small and large character Ink Jet printing systems used for product identification (primary and secondary package coding and on-product marking).
In February 2005 Digital Design, Inc. Pioneered a new generation of industrial inkjet printers and introduced the EVOLUTION High Resolution Thermal Ink Jet printer series.
Like all of our ink jet systems, it is compact, easy to install and is extremely low cost. But even better, EVOLUTION is virtually maintenance free. Traditionally, ink jet printing and no maintenance never went hand in hand. Whether it's a large character with clogged nozzles to clean, valves to be replaced, a small character with an ink change to be made, a dirty print head to be cleaned, maintenance has always been an issue. Sometimes, when the time or personnel to perform the maintenance tasks were not available, printers remained in a less than perfect operating condition and poor quality codes were the result.
Now however, all that has changed. EVOLUTION is based on Thermal Ink Jet Technology(T.I.J). It utilizes the same extremely reliable print cartridges that are used in desktop printers and produce consistent high quality, and highly readable codes from the first printed message to the last.
